An Act AUTHORIZING THE COMMISSIONER OF CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE TO CONVEY CERTAIN LAND IN THE CITY OF NORTH ADAMS.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1 of chapter 290 of the acts of 2002, as amended by chapter 400 of the acts of 2008 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

              “Lot No. 19 as described above shall be deemed paid in full by after the transmittal of $1.00 to the General Fund“.
