The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to voyeurism.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Subsection A of Section 105 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-
“Intimate areas”, the naked or undergarment clad genitals, buttocks or any portion of the person’s breast below the top of the areola of a person which the person intended to be protected from public views.
SECTION 2: Subsection B of Section 105 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words in line 12 “ who is nude or partially nude,” the following words:-
“or the intimate areas of another person,”
