The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act designating certain employees to be in Group 2 of the contributory retirement system .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Offical Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “Cushing Hospital”, the following words:- “employees of a municipal department who are employed as Massachusetts certified operators of wastewater or drinking water facilities.” |
