The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to National Guard benefits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws of the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- “Any member of the National Guard that has served a minimum of twenty years shall be eligible for state pension benefits regardless of the type of service performed.” |
