[Sponsors] Mr. Costello of Newburyport moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:

SECTION.  Section 4 of Chapter 232 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by striking out the words “1 year” and inserting in place thereof the following:  “one and one half years.”

SECTION.  Section 5 of Chapter 232 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by striking out in subsection (d) the words “1 year” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “one and one half years.”
