FY12 Ulin Rink

[Sponsors] Mr. Timilty of Milton moves that the bill be amended in Section 2:

SECTION XX:  “Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the Department of Conservation and Recreation shall offer to the town of Milton a lease agreement for land currently under the jurisdiction and control of the Department known as Max Ulin Rink and the existing adjacent parking area located on Unquity Road in the town of Milton The term of said lease agreement shall be for twenty years, and the town of Milton shall pay a nominal consideration for said lease of $1.00 per annum.  All costs, fees and expenses relating to the care and maintenance for such property, including but not limited to snow removal and any/or all capital improvements shall be the responsibility of the Department of Conservation and Recreation.”
