[Sponsors] Mr. Binienda of Worcester moves to amend the bill under line item 7004-0099 by inserting line 36 after the word “funds” the following:

; provided that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the South Worcester Neighborhood Improvement Corporation to continue to provide vital services to the poorest neighborhoods in the city of Worcester.
