Rogers Amendment - ADP Rates

[Sponsors] Mr. Rogers of Norwood moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4000-0600, by adding the following:

“Provided further, that the levels of service and reimbursement rates for Adult Day Health services shall not be less than the amount appropriated in Chapter 131 of the Acts of 2010”.
