Performance management incentive set-aside fund public higher education

[Sponsors] Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 7066-0024, the following item:

“7066-0025 For the performance management set aside incentive fund for the University of Massachusetts, the state universities, and the community colleges; provided, that these funds shall be distributed by the department of higher education to public institutions of higher education through a competitive grant process based on priorities determined by the department in pursuit of goals articulated in the commonwealth’s Vision Project …...................... $7,500,000”
