Amendment #54 to H3400

Fellsmere Pond Reservoir Malden

[Sponsors] Mr. Fallon of Malden moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 2800-0501, in line 18, by inserting after "April 30" the following:

"Provided further that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for improvements to the Holland Pool located in the City of Malden";

and in said item, in line 19, by inserting after "provided further," the following:

"that no less than $50,000 will be expended for the maintenance and improvement of the Fellsmere Pond Reservoir in the City of Malden."
