Amendment #599 to H3400

AN AMMENDMENT RELATIVE TO PROTECTING RATEPAYERS

[Sponsors] Mr. Finn of West Springfield  moves to amend the bill ,by inserting after section XX, the following  two new sections:-

SECTION XX.   Section 96 of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as found in the 2008 Official Edition, is amended by striking the word “one” in line 4 and inserting after the word “another” in line 4, the word “company”.

SECTION XX.   Said chapter 164 is further amended in section 96 by striking the words “of such companies” in line 5 and inserting in place thereof the word “company”.
