[Sponsors] Representatives Khan of Newton, Dwyer of Woburn, Fox of Boston and O'Day of West Boylston move that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 4800-0038 by inserting on the last line after the word “programs” the following: -

“provided that not less than $44,000,000 shall be expended on in-home support services” .

And,  striking the figure “242,507,069” and inserting in place thereof the figure “296,467,182”.
