Gasoline Excise Exemption

[Sponsors] Representatives Webster of Pembroke and Diehl of Whitman move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section: Chapter 64A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after section 7A, the following section:

"Section 7B. The sale of fuel to a city, town or regional school system which having consumed the same for the purpose of transporting children to and from school shall be exempt from the excise established by this chapter."
