Amendment #74 to H4100

An act relative to the Sex Offender Registry

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:

Section 178D of the Chapter 6 of the Massachusetts general laws is hereby amended by striking after the number “1”, the following  words “ or level 2” and is further amended by adding after subsection (ii) of said section 178D the following words at the end thereof, “, including institutions of higher learning.”

Section 178J of the Chapter 6 of the Massachusetts general laws is hereby amended by striking after the word “offender” the following  words,  “, If available”.
