Mr. Rodrigues moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section__, the following new section:-

"SECTION__.  Section 26 of Chapter 149 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the first paragraph the following:-

Said collective bargaining agreements or understandings between organized labor and employers shall be made publicly available by the commissioner through the website of the Division of Occupational Safety."
