Amendment #1366 to H4600

ALS Association

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1112, in line 31, by inserting after : "programs" the following:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the ALS Association  to provide care services for individuals suffering with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$13,186,405" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$13,436,405".
