Amendment #163 to H4600

Public Safety Employee Death Benefits

Mr. Linsky of Natick moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX: Section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words “correction officer” in line 21, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, the words “and Department of Public Works employee”.

This section shall take effect upon its passing.
