Comfort Dog for Mansfield Police Department

Representatives Scanlon of North Attleborough, Barrows of Mansfield and Philips of Sharon move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting after “programs” the following: “; provided that not less than $5,000 shall be expended to the Town of Mansfield for its Police Department for procurement and training of a comfort dog.”
