  Section 5. This chapter shall not apply to a will, living trust or deed wherein provision has been made for distribution different from the distribution under this chapter, or to a policy or contract of insurance wherein provision has been made for payment of its proceeds different from such payment under this chapter, or to any other situation where provision is made for distribution of property or for payment different from the provisions of this chapter, or where provision is made for a presumption as to survivorship which results in a distribution of property or in a payment different from that here provided.
