Section 10 Applicability of chapter

Section 10. Except for the provisions of section eight, this chapter shall not abridge the right of any person to disclaim, waive, release, renounce, or abandon any interest in property under section fifteen of chapter one hundred and ninety-one or any other statute or rule of law.
