CHAPTER 14 AN ACT PROVIDING THAT ONE MEMBER OF THE CIVIC CENTER COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WORCESTER BE A LABOR REPRESENTATIVE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The first paragraph of section 3 of chapter 216 of the acts of 1976 is hereby amended by
inserting after the word "members", in line 6, the words:- one of whom
shall be a representative of organized labor, taken from a list of not less
than two nor more than five names representing different unions and
submitted by the Worcester Labor Council, A.F.L.-C.I.O., and the
International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers
of America.
