CHAPTER 413 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TRAINING CENTER FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY OPERATORS IN THE UPPER BLACKSTONE WATER POLLUTION ABATEMENT DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 12 of chapter 752 of the acts of 1968 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
The district may file application for, accept and use any federal or state funds available for the purpose of constructing a facility for training and technical assistance in wastewater treatment. Said district may enter into inter-agency agreements with the commonwealth for the purpose of providing facilities for training and technical assistance in wastewater treatment.
