CHAPTER 499 AN ACT VALIDATING CERTAIN ACTIONS TAKEN AT THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING OF THE TOWN OF IPSWICH IN THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of section five of chapter forty A of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, all actions taken by the town of Ipswich at its annual town meeting held on April first, nineteen hundred and eighty-five with respect to amendments of said town's zoning by-laws as appearing in Articles 16, 18, 19 and 20 of the warrant for said town meeting are hereby validated, ratified and confirmed.
