CHAPTER 267 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS SUBJECT TO THE ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS BOARD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 13A of chapter 22 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1984 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 74, the word "impracticable" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- not feasible technologically, or would result in excessive and unreasonable costs without any substantial benefit to physically handicapped persons.
