CHAPTER 30 AN ACT REPEALING THE REQUIREMENT OF LOYALTY OATHS FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES OF THE COMMONWEALTH.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Sections fourteen and fifteen of chapter two hundred and sixty-four of the General Laws are hereby repealed.
