Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 58 of chapter 130 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1984 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 5 and 6, the words "for a further term of not exceeding fifteen years", and by inserting after the word "term", in line 7, the words for a further term or terms, each term not to exceed fifteen years.
