Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 59 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 58 the following section:-

Section 58A. No abatement or refund of property tax, real or personal, shall be granted or paid in an amount less than one dollar.
