CHAPTER 453 AN ACT DESIGNATING THE STATE POOL IN THE TOWN OF CLINTON AS THE PHILIP J. WEIHN MEMORIAL POOL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The state pool in the town of Clinton shall be designated and known as the Philip J. Weihn memorial pool, in memory of Philip J. Weihn, for his long association and work at the pool. A suitable marker bearing such designation shall be attached thereto by the deparatment of environmental management.
