CHAPTER 457 AN ACT FURTHER DEFINING THE DUTIES OF THE ARCHIVIST OF THE COMMONWEALTH.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 2 of chapter 9 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- The archivist of the commonwealth shall promulgate such rules and regulations as he deems necessary for the implementation and administration of the archives division.
