Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of sections six C and six D of chapter forty of the General Laws, the town of Wakefield is hereby authorized to appropriate money for the removal of snow and ice on private ways as may by designated by the board of public works of said town, notwithstanding the fact that such ways are not open to the public use.
