Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 206 of the acts of 1986 is hereby amended by inserting after item 3722-9103, inserted by section 1 of chapter 4 of the acts of 1987, the following item:-

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
