CHAPTER 749 AN ACT PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN PLANNING ASSISTANCE TO THE TOWN OF SOUTHBRIDGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 199 of the acts of 1987 is hereby amended by inserting after item 3722-9109 the following item:- `tm;keep=no `tcol=6,B4;c1=1,9,tu,T;c2=1,78,tuc;c3=1,78,tuc;c4=12,53,tfh1;c5=15,49,tu;c6=66,13,tur `tc1 3722-9110 `tc4 For a grant for planning activities in the town of Southbridge in connection with the recovery from the fire of April sixteenth, nineteen hundred and eighty-seven, said funds to be allocated by the town manager of said town, as he deems necessary; provided, however, that such appropriations shall expire on June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and eighty-eight provided, that no expenditure shall be made from these funds for the purpose of acquiring real estate `tc6 $275,000 `tcol;end

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
