Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The vote taken by the town of Hampden on May second, nineteen hundred and eighty-eight to exempt certain bonds from the annual tax limitations of section twenty-one C of chapter fifty-nine of the General Laws is hereby ratified, validated and confirmed, notwithstanding any defect or omission in the warrant calling such election.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
