Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 13 of the acts of 1989 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the word "fifty" and inserting in place thereof the word:- sixty-four.

SECTION 2. Section 2 of said chapter 13 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the word "fifty" and inserting in place thereof the word:- sixty-four.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
