CHAPTER 105 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF MILLIS TO TRANSFER A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PARK LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Millis, acting by and through its board of selectmen is hereby authorized to transfer the care, custody and control of a certain parcel of park land to the school department of said town. Said parcel is shown on a plan of land dated November 29, 1962 drawn by Bowie Engineering Company, Inc. which is on file with said school department.
