CHAPTER 11 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF HULL TO LEASE A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of section three of chapter forty of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Hull, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to lease for a period not to exceed twenty-five years a certain parcel of town land to the Nantasket Beach Salt Water Club. Said parcel is presently under lease to said club.
