CHAPTER 12 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION FOR TODD F. EADIE AS A POLICE OFFICER IN THE TOWN OF SUDBURY.

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately authorize the certification of Todd F. Eadie as a police officer, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The administrator of the division of personnel administration shall certify Todd F. Eadie for appointment as a police officer in the town of Sudbury, according to the grade he received in the most recent examination for police officer, as though he had resided in said town for one year prior to the date of such examination.

Approved March 28, 1989.
