CHAPTER 125 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF HAMILTON TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR ELDERLY HOUSING PURPOSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The town of Hamilton is hereby authorized to pay over to the Hamilton Housing Authority all monies received by said town from the sale of two town owned properties located on Willow street and Lincoln avenue in said town in nineteen hundred and eighty-five. Such monies shall be used by said Authority for renovations to property of said Authority, located at one hundred and twenty-one Railroad avenue in said town for the purpose of providing congregate housing.
