CHAPTER 131 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SUDBURY TO REIMBURSE ESTELLE VEE SIMON CERTAIN MONIES PAID AS REAL ESTATE TAXES TO SAID TOWN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The town of Sudbury is hereby authorized to reimburse Estelle Vee Simon the sum of five hundred and four dollars and seventy cents paid to said town on real estate taxes which were erroneously assessed for the years nineteen hundred and eighty-one through nineteen hundred and eighty-seven.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
