Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Weymouth is hereby authorized to indemnify George D. Lebrun, a retired police officer receiving a disability pension from said town, for prosthetic and related expenses incurred in October, nineteen hundred and eighty-seven; provided, however, that said indemnification shall not exceed twelve hundred dollars.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
