Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The votes taken by the special town meeting in the town of Douglas on February second, nineteen hundred and eighty-nine, relative to funding of a gypsy moth control program, recession of a former vote, the amendment of the agreement forming the Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational High School District, and the authorization and appropriation of the funds for the purchase of land are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed, notwithstanding any defect or omission in the warrant and the calling of such election.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
