CHAPTER 162 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE USE OF FORFEITED DRUG FUNDS AND PROPERTY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 47 of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "fund", in line 108, the words:- and shall be expended without further appropriation upon request of such chief of police, commissioner or superintendent.
