Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 7 of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 13 of chapter 584 of the acts of 1987, is hereby further amended by adding the following clause:-

(31) For the purpose of removing asbestos from municipally owned buildings; ten years.
