Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section fifty-three of chapter forty-four of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Cohasset is hereby authorized to establish a separate fund which shall be kept separate and apart from all other funds of said town by the treasurer and in which shall be deposited all monies received by said town from septage haulers permit fees. Such funds and interest thereon shall be expended without further appropriation, under the direction of the board of health, for charges by the Upper Black Water Pollution Abatement District for the disposal of septage from said town.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
