Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1. The city known as the town of Methuen, acting by and through its town manager, and upon approval of its town council, is hereby authorized to grant an easement in a certain parcel of land to the Development and Marketing Group, a Massachusetts limited partnership, and to its successors or assigns, for all purposes of or relating to street access and landscaping, including, without limitation, the right to pass and re-pass on foot or in vehicle and the right to construct, repair and maintain said easement, including the usual utilities about and within said easement.
Said parcel is described as being Lots 464 to 469, inclusive, as shown on Plan entitled "Country Club, Methuen, MA, Fred C. Tobey Land Co., dated December 1911", recorded in the northern district registry of deeds in the county of Essex as Plan No. 121.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
