Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 2 of chapter 163 of the acts of 1988 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 2 to 4, inclusive, the words "twenty-three of chapter sixty-four D of the General Laws and chapter five hundred and forty-six of the acts of nineteen hundred and sixty-nine" and inserting in place thereof the words:- one of chapter sixty-four D of the General Laws and section twenty-three of chapter five hundred and forty-six of the acts of nineteen hundred and sixty-nine.
