CHAPTER 214 AN ACT RELATIVE TO PERMITTING UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLES TO REMAIN ON A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE WAY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 34J of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "operated", in line 1, the words:- or permits to remain on a public or private way.
