CHAPTER 223 AN ACT RELATIVE TO RECREATION AND PARK SELF-SUPPORTING SERVICE REVOLVING FUNDS IN CITIES AND TOWNS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 53D of chapter 44 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 21, the word "five" and inserting in place thereof the word:- ten.
