CHAPTER 225 AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE INCLUSION OF HORSES IN THE DEFINITION OF AGRICULTURE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Section 1A of chapter 128 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1986 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "livestock", in line 4, the words:- including horses.
