Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The town of Dover, acting by and through its board of selectmen, is hereby authorized to convey to Phillip G. Terrell a certain parcel of park land. Said parcel of land is shown as Lot 4A on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Dover, Mass" by Cheney Engineering Co., Inc. dated February 26, 1988, on file with the planning board of said town.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
